How are profiles checked?
Profiles go through a review process before search access is enabled so the platform can maintain trusted community participation. We also check that photos show a face and that the horoscope image is a chart, not a portrait.
What do I need to register?
Your birth details (date, time and place), Rasi, Star and Patham, education and work, family details, a clear photo and an image of your horoscope. Registration takes about 10 minutes and your answers are saved as you go.
Who can see my photo and phone number?
Approved members of the opposite gender and a different surname can see your profile. Photos carry a watermark, and your phone number, address and parents’ names appear only when a member taps to reveal them.
How long does approval take?
The team reviews new profiles as quickly as it can and emails you once your profile is approved. Until then you can sign in and edit your profile.
